Board of Directors

Geoffroy Pajot in

Geoffroy Pajot

President

Strategic Partnership at Capgemini, Geoffroy Pajot specializes in Generative AI and cloud transformation, with a strong track record of driving large-scale digital innovation and operational performance across organizations.

He works at the intersection of technology and business strategy, helping organizations leverage emerging technologies to scale, optimize and adapt in rapidly evolving environments.

As President of the CCIFWC, he leads the Chamber’s strategic vision and development, fostering high-impact connections between French and Canadian business ecosystems and supporting cross-border growth in innovation-driven sectors.

Marie-Claire Howard in

Marie-Claire Howard, MBA

Vice-President

Marie-Claire is a senior executive and governance leader with a distinguished record of driving strategic initiatives across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. She is currently Vice-President, Finance & Operations at Howard Chern Employment Law, where she oversees the firm's financial strategy, operations, and organizational performance.

From 2022 to 2026, she served as an elected Park Board Commissioner for the City of Vancouver, responsible for the governance and stewardship of one of Canada's largest urban park systems.

As Chair of the Board of Alliance Française, she led the successful redevelopment of the landmark cultural centre, strengthening the organization's long-term presence and its impact in British Columbia. In 2023, she was made a Knight of the National Order of Merit by the French Government.

Isabelle Bouvet in

Senior executive with 25 years of global experience across Airbus Defense and Space and space agencies, Isabelle Bouvet brings extensive international experience across Europe, North America and Asia.

She has deep expertise in space-sector marketing and sales, institutional relations and strategy, operating in complex regulatory environments.

She holds a Doctorate in Air & Space Law from McGill University.

CFO at Unbounce, Edouard Martin is a financial leader specializing in tech and SaaS growth.

Proven track record in scaling operations, M&A and value creation through disciplined capital strategy.

As Treasurer, he ensures financial sustainability and supports the Chamber’s strategic expansion.

Christine Socasau in

Christine Socasau, CIM®

Board Member

Strategic executive with 25+ years across financial services, consulting and marketing in Canada and France, with a strong track record of scaling high-impact business units.

Former leader at RBC, where she doubled a division in under two years.

Founding contributor to the CCIFWC, she served as Executive Director and Treasurer during its initial launch phase, establishing its operational and governance foundations.

François-Xavier Jeannet in

François-Xavier Jeannet

Board Member

Privacy and AI risk advisor with 12+ years of experience across financial services and insurance, François-Xavier supports organizations in navigating data governance, regulatory compliance and technology transformation.

He has led large-scale transformation projects, including the development of harmonized privacy frameworks and the delivery of IT and business solutions in complex, regulated environments.

President of Alliance Française of Calgary, he is actively engaged in strengthening the French-Canadian community and promoting cultural and economic ties in Western Canada.

Kahina Tehar in

Kahina Tehar

Director of Operations

Kahina Tehar is a project management professional with experience in operations, strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement across non-profit, corporate and community environments.

As Director of Operations, she oversees the Chamber’s day-to-day activities, operational planning, business events, communications and membership development. She also builds partnerships with corporations, public institutions and government organizations to strengthen France–Canada business relations.

Working closely with the Board of Directors and the Chamber’s committees, Kahina supports the implementation of strategic priorities while improving internal processes and developing initiatives that create value for members.
